Anna is also a Reiki practitioner which enhances her work.

Aromatherapy This treatment uses essential oils to aid and relieve symptoms, muscle and joint pain. It is a wonderfully relaxingtreatment.
Helps with relief from injury, soreness and chronic pain. Muscle injuries and
soft tissue pain are treated with massage, mobilisation and pressure
Clinical Reflexology involves training to work safely on the
hands, feet and face of clients to alleviate symptoms using medical knowledge.
Emotional, psychological and emotional issues are addressed with a high degree
of understanding of the conditions. A wide range of techniques are used during
a session. Holistic Massage
Holistic massage treats the ‘Whole Person’ - the body, mind & soul in
unison. Holistic massage is an ancient method of healing that clears
the lymphatic drainage system and releases toxins from the Body, as well
as relieving mental and emotional stresses & tensions.
Hot Stones Massage The heat from
water-heated volcanic basalt stones helps muscles deeply relax , allowing the
massage therapist to manipulate your deep tissues more effectively.
Heated stones may provide the extra relaxation needed for the massage to
be beneficial in releasing tension and easing sore muscles to an amazing degree.
Indian Head Massage In Indian Head Massage, the head, neck and face
are massaged with the purpose of manipulating energy channels called Chakras
with the goal being to clear blocks that cause a build-up of negative energy,
which are purported to cause ailments. The belief is when the energy does not
flow properly, negative energy builds up, causing common ailments, including
stress, pain and aches. The treatment is very uplifting and energy-giving.
